I graduated with a degree in Biology with a minor in Business from Western Carolina University. I have experience working in both general veterinary practice and specialty medicine.
My interest are travel and sports. I’m originally from Pittsburgh (Go Steelers, Pirates and Penguins!). I also enjoy golf and try to play as much as I can.

I joined the team at Providence Animal Hospital in June 2019. I am a native of northeast Pennsylvania however, have called Charlotte my home for the past 15 years.
I am married and have two daughters, Briana & Audra. I have two dogs; a beagle mix, Shelby and a boxer mix, Kona. In my free time I enjoy cooking, traveling and spending time with my family, friends and fur babies.
I love meeting our clients and learning about their fur family. I also enjoy working with such a fun and caring staff of professionals.

I have worked at Providence Animal Hospital for over 10 years. I have years of experience with all types of animals, from dogs and cats, to horses, goats, chickens, geese, rabbits and many others.
Currently I have a number of pets of my own, some of them from a Feral colony I have maintained for 12 years. To add some humor, I'd like to share the names of my furry ones. My oldest is Monkeeface, and my youngest is Joeytribbani. In between, I have, Curbie, Pippi, Baby Cheese, Mew, Blackie, Grey Kitty, Missy, Benjamin, and Baby. In training are Catfish and Pearlie from the Feral colony.
Our pets are precious gifts, and I have been blessed many times. I do have many other interests as well, but they pale in comparison, to the pets, I am lucky enough to care for.
Every single pet that comes in the door, makes my job completely rewarding. It is my honor to be able to care for them. I give them my all, and they give me more.

I am a graduate of Purdue University and enjoy yoga, gardening, decorating and walking our two labs, Sophie and Scout. My husband and I have two sons, one is a junior at Purdue and one is a junior in high school.
After working at Providence Animal Hospital from 1995 to 1999, I enjoyed an 18 year maturity leave, returning to work in January 2017.
My favorite part of my job is puppy breath, dog kisses, giving belly rubs and saving a life. And I love working with such a dedicated and positive group of people who come in every day with the mindset to give their all to the animals who love us.

I started this job straight out of high school and I’m currently enrolled in a Veterinary Technician program.
I was born and raised in Monroe NC. I’ve grown up around animals all my life, I previously worked at a dog Kennel and on a farm. I’ve rescued many animals one being this little guy.
This is Pigmas McKoi also known as McRib! He was born premature when we went to another farm to rescue his mom and some others. I took him home to care for him shortly after realizing his mom had no interest in him, despite all of his medical issues he is the best companion I’ve ever had and is almost a year old now. He is my little adventure buddy and goes everywhere I go.

Hey Folks! I previously worked with livestock animals such as horses, donkeys, goats, pigs & exotics as well. I love the duties that come with caring for the farm animals.
After 3 years of working with livestock, I felt like there needed to be a change. I decided to move into small animals and it couldn’t be any better! I love all animals small or large. I have a Chihuahua/Pomeranian dog named Max, a bearded dragon named Rex who I love dearly.
In the future, I will for sure have a farm with all my rescued babies & exotics. Look forward to meeting you guys and your sweet baby’s!
